TIJ’s principle on the protection of private information　

Technology International Japan understands that the assured protection of private information of the people related to our client companies and TI is indispensable condition to comply with the Law to protect the private information. To comply with the Law to protect the private information and the right of information resource, we will promote the following activities.

• Comply with Law and Regulation

Technology International Japan, Directors and all the staff (including temporary staff and part time worker) will make effort to comply with the Laws and other regulations covering the protection of private information.

• Proper and right acquisition, use and offering

Technology International Japan owns the private information by a proper means and use it within the scope of the purpose of its use defined clearly in the beginning. We will not provide the information to the third party excluding the case where a source person agrees or the law and regulation approve.

• Safety Control

Technology International Japan pays the most detailed attention to the control of private information. We will put in place all the necessary and appropriate preventive measures against the wrong access, leakage, loss or change. We will educate our staff to develop their knowledge and consciousness. When the work involving the private information is out contracted, we will inspect them and make a necessary and appropriate supervision.

• Disclosure, Correction and Stop to use

Any request of change and stop to use by the source on its private data owned by Technology International Japan will be accepted and followed up by the contact given below. When decision is made not to meet the request according tot the rule, the reason will be explained.

• Continuous Effort for the Improvement

Technology International Japan will make a continuous effort to enhance the protection of private information. The effort may result in some change of the way to protect the information without notice.
